Reliability: I don't have to spend my time trying to fumble through trouble shooting. Our Franklin Tech guides me through things quickly or he logs in remotely to do the work in the background. I feel very confident that if or when we have a computer issue it will be resolved quickly. Our Franklin Technician is easy to reach when we need something. He has experience with our industry and he is able to help us stay current with our HIPAA IT requirements. They help keep us up to date on our hardware and software without pressuring us to buy unneeded equipment. They are very responsive to our IT problems, we have never had any period of time when our system is down for more than 30 minutes during business hours. They are also proactive with maintenance to keep everything updated and avoid issues.

20 Years and Counting!!

For me it’s two-fold – the consistency we’ve been able to maintain between our sales contact and our technical support staff. They know our company and know our needs because they are familiar with us. Along with the consistency with our technical support staff, is also the knowledge they bring to our organization. Get Some Sleep!

The quality and integrity of the people associated with Franklin and the peace of mind knowing that someone is watching out for our systems is so very comforting.
