20 Years and Counting!!

For me it’s two-fold – the consistency we’ve been able to maintain between our sales contact and our technical support staff. They know our company and know our needs because they are familiar with us. Along with the consistency with our technical support staff, is also the knowledge they bring to our organization. We are small firm but highly regulated. Their technical expertise regarding our network needs as well as overall business knowledge when unique projects pop is a critical support function.

There is no bureaucracy in the way to getting the support I need when I need it. I have direct contact with my network consultant and my sales contact. Issues pop up all the time and needing quick resolution is the nature of the beast. Franklin is my most responsive 3rd party vendor!

One of the first decisions I made as a new VP 20 years ago was to hire Franklin. They have worked with me as a partner more than a client and have helped me in many different areas from technical to business processes and flows as well as getting us in touch with other third-party vendors when necessary. Can’t say enough good things based on my 20 years of experience with them.
